Below is the complete list of third-party service providers we use to deliver and support the 24/7 Intent Services. Each is engaged under its own data-processing or cloud-service agreement, which includes GDPR/CCPA-level confidentiality and security obligations.

Categories of Personal Data Handled
• Contact details (name, email address, phone number)
• Online identifiers (IP, device/browser ID, ad-platform ID)
• Audience-membership records and intent scores
• Billing contact details and last-4 card digits (Stripe only)
We do not intentionally process special-category data (health, children, biometric, etc.). Clients agree in our MSA/DPA not to supply such data.
Change-management & Client objections
We will provide at least ten (10) business days’ prior email notice before engaging any new sub-processor. Clients may object on reasonable privacy grounds by emailing [email protected] within that period. If we cannot resolve the objection in good faith, the Client may terminate the affected Services for a pro-rated refund of prepaid fees.
